Sure, I'll read the article. I was just scribbling a diagram that outlines what you're saying about the vice versa aspect.
For example, a writer (knowledge) creates a script (info + data). A producer absorbs this script, thereby converting the info + data back into knowledge, i.e. the script now resides within the producer as knowledge. He (knowledge) then writes a cost analysis (info + data) for the movie. And so on.
So the knowledge exchange takes place via the medium of info + data.
Now the question is, what do we focus on. Do we focus on the creation of knowledge (the process of developing the script idea), do we focus on the creation of info + data, the way the script is written, ie the format, etc. Do we focus on the process of how the script makes its way into the hands of the producer? What constitutes KM?
Probably all of the above.
