Thanks very much for your opinion Jefferey. And I am suprised to find that Andersen's KnowledgeXchange is part of the cyber-dust as you called it. This case is cited everywhere. I thought it is something of a good example.

So maybe practice is still very different from books. I think maybe joining some good communities will help with my questions.
