Ebusiness models a tool to close knowledge gaps

Hi people,

Recently I am researching the phase, when enterprises do generate knowledge internally and launch imperfect products on the market. Meanwhile to achieve a good functioning innovative product they do learn external (e.g. web) by using E-business models (B2B, B2C or B2E).

Some critical areas for discussion are:

- When should be the moment of launching a product? (Does anyone have an concept in mind to make a good justification of this problem!!)

- What kind of E-business models would be interesting to meet the knowledge challenge in the innovation process? (does anyone have any familiar cases, which could give me a good inside into the material!!)

Another idea is to use the outcome of the model to expand the external knowledge generation and map it with the complete innovation process. This way I believe it will be possible to long term evaluate the cycle of knowledge creation in the innovation process and finally be able to measure the knowledge. The value of this could be to improve the organizations learning curve related to the contemporary knowledge challenge.

In order to get the true value of technology I would propose the use of behavioral science. The true synergy I consider the creation of a learning organization, which moves to new aggregate conditions to become a true innovative firm with fast cycle innovative products.

Please comment, because I want to expand on my idea, perhaps I neglected elements of interesting value.
