Hi All,
Came across the idea of using Weblogs (Blogs) as a conduit for knowledge sharing within organizations. Could also be called K-Logs.
The theory being that since 'blogging' comes quite naturally to people, they do not need much external motivation to share their thoughts and opinions.
The formula could be: Real time data + insightful commentary + posting on a Blog = effective knowledge transfer.
One of the concerns of this could be how do you organize the data to be meaningful to newcommers who view it after a few years?
Would welcome all thoughts on this.
Take care,
Akhil
