Mezei, it seems that production has to equate profit in your thinking.
Government departments deliver prodigious number of services and are themselves under competition from private enterprise in the delivery of these services.
Yes, many use KM principles but are removed from property, intellectual or not.
Not everything can be defined as true or false.
