I am looking at using game theory for decision making...when should an organization share their knowledge versus not share? Is the payoff zero-sum (if I share and you gain knowledge, then I will lose...true if we are competing for market share)? or is the payoff non-zerosum (If I share, we both may win because we are collaborating on an R&D project)?
