Sorry for the delay, I could not reply earlier.

About the modelling technique,

you are right the measurement requires measurement, but the unit we r talking is still difficult to be determined. I until now decided on time and I used some theories to determine the stages knowledge asset is acquired. Plus I do know that there is no single unit which will give the right measurement. i wished I could be more clearer, but I am not sure of the correctness of my analysis so far.

About simulation, it is limited and it seems that the results I will get are ambigious, so I am actually rethinking the modelling technique itself. The power of the analytical tools becomes inaccurate, so I am still searching for an alternative.

The only think I can tell you is that simulation is a partial solution to quantify knowledge. The complication starts with the intangible knowledge, which is completely behavioural science, I would recommend you to look at organizational learning (e.g. Argyris). I will have maybe some equations by next week from new sources. So I will post it as soon as I get some additional progress.

About Game theory, in what stage are actually interested? and what kind of strategc decisions do you want to analyze? my research emphasizes on Innovation processes.
