It doesn’t matter how much effort we put into the technology of digitisation, globalisation and deregulation, we are still only human beings with limited cognitive capacity.
Our brains have not got the bandwidth to handle the breadth of information being thrown at us. There is no way we can attend to everything with the same passion and energy.So how do we innovate upon KM to make it more appealing the wider population?
