Hi,
I am recently doing the same project. However, I guess you are going to face the same problems as I do and that is basically how to measure intangible knowledge and define the scale of the measurement.
It seems there is no appropriate way to measure it. At least not statistical. I am considering the use of simulation, such as system dynamics modelling, but I guess that system thinking is actually a barrier for a good analysis, so maybe it is a good starting point for u.
just let me know what ur ideas are on my remark.
