i am a PhD student at Georgia State university and i am currently researching the issues regarding when to share or not share knowledge. I am trying to apply a game theory structure to this...but i am unsure how to "measure" knowledge. Other than the typical monetary or operational ratio-type measurements...have you come across any measurement methods?
