Hi All,
This is a question we are currently working on in our firm:
Many KM implementations in organizations depend on external motivators (extra money, peer recognition, point system etc.) to be set up to encourage employees to alter their way of working to promoting knowledge capture & reuse.
Is there any system or technology that captures & organizes information automatically during the normal day to day working of the organization without requiring drastic changes in the way people work?
Is anyone aware of any example of KM where the need to apply external motivators has been minimized?
Take care,
Akhil Shahani
