Jefferey,

I am so thankful for your great comments and encouragement.

Please bear with me! All know, you know and I know that 'Knowledge Management' is in town. An important and significant idiosyncrasy of Knowledge is that; the more we consume it, the more it expands. As a result, there is quite a noise about Knowledge Management these days. My question(s) is somewhat this:

Does Knowledge Management foster a Business success? Or does it promote values in business? If the values are intrinsic, what are the metrics of the success, and eventually, the values for the stakeholders? Being one of those species myself (stock investor), I don't know if the instrinsic values can hold up.

Regards
TMalik
