Hi Malik,
just a little piece of advise. A questionnaire is not enough to understand the real life of a complex socio-technical system, as each firm/organization certainly is. There are aspects that people within an organization won't disclose through a questionnaire, for lack of trust or simply because they don't retain a certain question important. What you get with a questionnaire is an interpretation (yours) of an interpretation (the people interviewed) which is obviously subject to a great deal of distortion.
If you are to research a social structure, if it's possible to you, please experience/live/enter the social structure in question. We're full of meaningless researches done with plain questionnaires which lack any deepness or relevance...
