Hello Great folks!
I came on board of this forum very recently. Since then, I have received tremendous amount of support and contribution. Along the path of studying KM (Knowledge Sharing, Incentives etc), I stumbled at something like this:
"TRY NOT TO BECOME A MAN OF SUCCESS; BUT RATHER A MAN OF VALUE" --ALBERT EINSTEIN.
I am not sure whether it is a right question or not, but I am pretty sure that it forced into my mind, and I could not hold it there.
What does Knowledge Management (Sharing for those who are not comfortable with the term) create, value or success to a business?
If you suggest that both are almost the same thing, then I would be compelled to assume that Einstein must have been drunk during his hang out.
Please let me know where you stand on this saying!
With regards
TMalik
