I work for a great sales organization. Unfortunately it is not a learning organization and requires non-traditional training methods for success. We are a nationwide company with over 200 locations which also makes training and development tough. I would like to speak with someone or get information regarding best practices in employee development that have worked...recently implemented successful learning methods. Our goal is to get the right information to the right people at the right time. Coaching programs? Mentoring programs? Small bits of information of an extended perioed of time? Distances learning that works?
Thanks!!!
