Hello knowledgeable people!
I have just started on my thesis on this subject and am interested to know your opinions, business models on the subject of how organisations can create sense (meaningful work, adapting organisational structures) for people who work with knowledge (banks, insurance, consultants, medical specialists, etc.) in order to get better results, and thus a competitive advantage.
Note: I don't believe in management. Professionals are smart and can think for themselves, and are thus in need of authentic organisations that do not try to manipulate (manage) their employees. Still, organisations organise. What does the new organisation look like? Thanks in advance for taking the time and effort to react!
