Hi to all the familiar faces.
Dear T. Malik - "Look to the cultures my son. Look to the cultures!" ;-)
There does seem to be a "universal", global culture emerging, if not a few cultures of this nature, but I think your commentary/study would depend on the "target" cultures of both organizations and inidividuals who comprise organizations both formally and informally. Do remember to cover the culture of technology and its offspring.
I think your question could be approached from a cultural-interaction framework (individualised cultures and their interdependencies), and cultural compounds (resultant cultures) perspective.
