Your reference and direction toward some links was great. I have read it, and I wouldn’t have problems quoting references in my next proposal.
Now let me say this! Parching on this forum was a discovery, posting first query/questions was curiosity, seeking answers (including this one) became longing for knowledge, but to ask next is certainly because of the incentives. In my views, this is not a sort of tit-for-tat situation. It is a stimulus for further interaction toward knowledge sharing and transfer. To me, it is an assurance--a trust that the other side is genuine, contributive and useful.

Yes, my question is somewhat this: Can you suggest any sort of method/model/diagram where we may present the distinction between the incentives ‘offered’ and the incentives ‘required’ (effective)? My curiosity is based on this: after interviewing both sides, (1) organization (meanings the management) and (2) Knowledge holders (employees), one finds where both sides stand from the workable point. How can we express ‘how much’ both sides are from the equilibrium point of transferring?
