Thanks for checking out. I am just trying to keep difference between the monetary and non-monetary incentives.For instance, 'job satisfaction' is internal feeling. Self-esteem is another part that comes with work at certain place or in a certain environment. Some people enjoy working at some places because they feel being involved, they feel contributing something, they feel important and feel pride in doing it.
On the other hand, by external incentives, I think of monetary and non-monetary incentives that are offered as a trade-off: Share knowledge and I buy you a...this could be job promotion, salary increment, job security, bonuses, trip to a resort, holidays, family education and so on...
