My gratitude to the hosts of this website and my admiration to those how actively participate in sharing of the information and shaping the information into a knowledge, for both, to learn and learning. (This means I am a first timer).

I am working on a paper (a comprehensive study-- though at initial stage) on Knowledge Management--Knowledge Sharing in general and Incentives/Motivations to K-Sharing in particular.

Question: Do internal motives/incentives outweigh the external motives/incentives and vice versa?

I would certainly be excited to learn about the research studies conducted in this specific area, online postings, portals, articles, books, and personal views.

Please accept me on board by posting your valuable thoughts, writings, findings, suggestions...

Regards.
T. Malik
