Hi,
Rudy's statement is something that people have been saying in KM for many years - info tech is a small part of the overall KM solution.
With the development of smart distributed apps using the internet and expert systems, this trend may well reverse itself. Anything that can be communicated can be facilitated through information technology. The real issue is what sort of IT is rudy talking about?
Cheers, Ken.
