Riva,
In one of his articles, Tom Davenport mentioned such voluntary reciprocal information sharing as contributing to account of goodwill. It seems to suggest that reciprocity results from doing a good deed to help another's need and some day receiving a good deed from another to help one's need. This human collaborative sharing is difficult to map into any technological or business framework. How could one possibly create a goodwill-based exchange in a world that is increasingly commercialized given that there is a cost to time, attention, resources, etc. Is there some possibility or avenue for facilitating such collaborative interaction based upon primary focus on goodwill that is also take care of necessary maintenance issues such as these costs?
Your subject header titled "Thanks!!!" motivated this query. Would like to hear your thoughts based upon your research.
Kind regards,
BK
