The process to, evolve from a community of discussion to a CoP, must be shaped by a good design, including the technology, the practices and a method to implant those.

In this forum there are thousands of KM professionals who could be interested to leade and work in this process. Besides of that there are others professionals like R. McDermott* who could be invited to participate.

The porpoise of this project...build a net and body of knowledge about the latest techniques of KM around the world...
(replicating the open source model)

What do you think about it?.
