Hi BK,
Anything useful that saves my time is worth paying for.
Aside from the users who discuss KM from an academic viewpoint, there are many who need information to solve specific problems in their organization. The two barriers they face in Brint to getting that info are:
1) Their problem is a common one & has been answered before so nobody responds to a fresh query on the same subject.
2) they dont know what they are looking for, how to frame their question, or the taxinomies that would help them perform meaningful searches in Brint's archives.
All this takes time.
If you offered a service where they could ask their KM questions in basic english & all the relevant information on that topic was emailed back to them, it might be a revenue generator.
