Hello again,
One other aspect of Business Rules that I find intriguing, well, maybe not quite intriguing, more like vaguely interesting, is the idea of Business Rules Technology applied to aspects of Knowledge Management.
I can see the attraction of capturing business know-how etc. as rules, for example, but is it really that way in practice, or even desirable, and does the technology really help in both satisfying the objective and helping a company to achieve or maintain its agility?
