Hi Riva Gianluca,
I like the idea of the (search for the universal) meta-rule but also I was thinking about business rules at the level of specific instances of businesses (or organizations) - the bank, the telco, the IT vendor, the hospital, the university etc. How would Business Rules fit into a KM scenario in those types of environments, assuming that they could of course.
