Thanks for sharing and for your helpful points.
KM & e-learning is certainly and interesting and growing area. The functionality that supports knowledge sharing, critique, making seemelss connections, virtual 'coversations' and provides advanced help with assessment, is key IMO. Much of the other functionalty is listed under content management, workflow and knowledge organization and classification.
What tool functionality helps most with accelerated learning in your experience?
