In general, knowledge economy will be a world in which the leadership factor in knowledge management will become increasingly important for companies prosperity and even survival.
The global IT network of multimedia has the potential to accelerate a systematic learning approach, creation, sharing, and use of knowledge within and across organizations. Infotech leaders and academic experts worldwide recognize that the ability to create, share, use, and protect knowledge is key to success in the new economy. Using specific software it is not difficult to employ web-based technologies to use knowledge assets wisely, to provide meaningful communication, products and services for their customers, to improve relationships with partners and suppliers, to inspire acceleration of innovation, and to create added value.
