Hi Sune

I have been working on a concept for a few years, which facilitates rapid knowledge transfer as one of its outcomes. We should distinguish between skills and knowledge though. The method has been undergoing some field testing (informal) and has met, and even surpassed, expectations.

The rate of knowledge transfer does relate directly to the complexity of the knowledge, and the knowledge base of the recipient, but in general the rationale is content independent and no prior knowledge is required to learn at any particular level. Yes, I am suggesting that there is no barrier to entry and participation, but the knowledge proficiency of each partcipant would obviously depend on their ability to associate the knowledge to existing mental frameworks.

Even frameworks, such as benchmarks, could be put in place first to facilitate increased assimilation and to establish a pre-determined standard of understanding within workgroups.

Please contact me offline and tell me more why and what you need the method for. Perhaps I could be of some help.

Regards,

Prac
