Hi Sam,

Humans have been managing what they know for thousands of years (orally & well & written), its just recently we've put the on tag "Knowledge Management".

It's like my 8 year old daughter asking me how did we all stay on the ground before they discovered Gravity? :-)))

I would say lets not focus so much on what 'fits in' to the so called definition of Knowledge Management. Instead lets figure out ways we can better use information & knowledge to improve our lives.
