Is brint a virtual community? Do we lack anything? Let's speak about us...

Hi everybody, this message is particularly addressed to the regular users of Brint (for istance Denham, Jefferey, Reilly, Akhil). I'm writing the final chapter of my theses wich is about the km as it's viewed by practitioners and about CMC using an ethnographic approach. Brint has been part of this research. As I do believe in reflexive/postmodernism theory of research, saying the the reseracher must give a voice to the researched, I would like to know what you all think Brint lacks...Is it a virtual community? Does it generate trust? Does it help reciprocity? Is it too controlled? (For istance I remember the way I got reprimended when I had kinda flaming with Rob, I was wrong, I recognize that, but the point here is that of control) Do we manage our emotions well? Is it too consultants-oriented? Is the flow of knowledge too unidirectional? (in six months maybe I was one of the few students trying to develop a reciprocal exchange, correct me if I'm wrong...). Is it possible to have a deep dialog on ourselves here? (I haven't seen one in six months, strange). With all this discussion about users-human centred technolgy, why don't we speak a little about ourselves? After six months, I feel Brint a little like a virtual home. As I feel a little like a betrayer having used brint to research I do really want to respect the key principle of postmodern ethnographic research: the voice of you all will be as important as the (little) voice of the researcher...
Bye for now, I'll give you some of my impressions if you want
