Interesting topic. Perhaps a good start may be to define virtual organization. Is it to replace bricks & motar or in conjunction with. Virtual organizations will be important to business now and in the future as the population moves more toward telecomuting and distance collaboration. Changing the paradigm from bricks and motar to electronic visuals will take time to create a comfort zone, but the more we're exposed to it, the more comfort we gain. It appears to go back to the existential concept--if we don't seem an object, it is infact there?
Good luck with your paper.
cheers,
JJ
