Hi. I do understand what you mean about the easy editing and communication. However, although that is definitely important, I guess the type of system we are looking for is more of a reference or information source. Yes, this does include communication, but it's more for employees who would like to find out a bit of departmental information quickly. Maybe I am on the wrong track with this altogether...?
Some products I was looking at are Microsoft's SharePoint Portal Server, Folcurm KnoweldgeServer, Aestiva Knowledge Base, and Lotus Discover Server. If you, or anyone knows anything about these products or if you think they would be better, I would be very interested in hearing about what you think. Other suggestions are also welcome.
