Thank you for the immediate response.
I am testing media richness elements on web site content and i've chosen information technology industry sites.Many of the websites provide options for immediate feedback, personalize the information, and certainly there is variety in the presentation. But, one element that still needs support is use of multiple cues..the multi media use is not efective in the sites.
e-mail and webcasts are the mostly used channels of communication.
web site content is rich in that it provides all the information required by the audience and there is scope for immediate feedback.
