I am the Professor in Management Studies in an engineering college teaching M.B.A.students majoring in Management. My specialisation area is Accounting and Finance. But I am required at present to guide students in their project works in Human Resource Management. Kindly suggest some topics of relevance to developing countries in the context of globalisation, marketisation , increasing financialisation and privatisation.
Also help me to download useful research articles.
in the area of Human Resource Management.
I would greatly appreciate if you could suggest any specific questions regarding human resource management that I could research. Many thanks
