1. Map your own process first. Make sure you understand how it works in your company.
2. Ask only what you are willing to answer.
3. If you are doing a site visit or phone call, send questionnaire first so that partner can prepare.
4. Site visit: if possible, start in aftenoon, debrief your team over dinner, then finish the next morning. New questions will emerge overnight and after your own team discussion.
