I am writing an essay about KM and I am a bit of a cynic about the whole concept. Everything I read talks about KM as the next best thing but I'm interested to know if there is any research about whether the people who are knowledge managed enjoy the experience. What is it like working for a company like E&Y who have won all those KM awards?
More generally, can anyone direct me to some readings that approach the subject with some cynicism?
