By definition tacit knowledge are facts subjectively experienced (known) but never explanatorily expressed to a public by the one 'in the know.' How can something you know and don't explain to me be something I know as you do? It cannot be. I can only interpret what you do according to my own theories about your actions. Therefore, your tacit knowledge remains with you as long as it is tacit. It is only objectively available when you intentionally or unintentionally make it known to the public, which is when it ends being tacit.
The whole exercise of one trying to "capture" what is not being "released" from another's cage of the mind is indeed an exercise in futility.
