Here are some interesting questions (in my view):

1)What KM systems foster innovation and what cost cutting? Is there any difference? Can the same system purview both the aims?

2)What are the best HRM practices which can help the implementation of a KM project? 360° feedback? Gainsharing? Self Managed Groups? Is there any clear relationships between these practices and successful KM projects?

3) What kind of organizational structure can help/hinder knowledge sharing? Functional/Divisional/Matrix/Hybrid/Team or Project oriented?

4)What kind of physical spaces can help cooperation/knowledge sharing? Open spaces?

5)What does the concept of socio-technical system exactly mean? How can it be managed?

6)To what extent is a community of practice constructive/innovative rather than rigid and conservative?

7)What's the real role of diversity? When does conflict help innovation? When does it destroy it? To what extent is "visible diversity" (diversity in race, gender, nationality, and so on) related to "interior diversity" (thinking, beliefs, skills, abilities, epistemological assumtions...)

Hope helps, Kind Regards
