Akhil,
I agree with the fact that knoweldge capture is not knowledge management but I would also like to point out that there is no knowledge management without knowledge capture. Unless you capture human knowledge, there is no way one can manage the knowledge..
Intellectual Asset ot Intellectual Property is again a form of knowledge capture in very precise format so that content management systems can provide content at couple of clicks ...cheers,
