havenīt seen it yet:
- How could one measure the success of a KM initiative?
I asked this question in my previous thread, but after two days research I still havenīt found a good measurement instrument
E.g. letīs change the culture of a company, that people are not reluctant to ask for help, share knowledge and use the basic IT-portal as a help. How could one measure the success? But not only with the intranet statistics or whatever, but maybe with a special Balanced Scorecard?
Any ideas, and in addition this might be an interesting point for the paper.
Regards
Florian
