Don -- I've read in the KM literature that in business, failure to distinguish between knowledge and information can be very costly.
Why is this so?
What are the problems?
What are the costs?Let me posit a medium size litigation oriented law firm, a regional advertising agency, a medium size manufacturing firm that makes industrial boilers, and a temp agency. To what extent would successful KM initiatives differ among these organizations, and if so, how so?
Good luck with your paper.
Regards,
Reilly
