The importance of modern information technology in management seems indisputable. However, the success of a company lies beneath numerous factors.
Are then the contemporary achievements of IT merely an appendix to knowledge and experience gathered in managers' or emloyees' minds or has the technology become so crucial an element of the companies of your times that "pure human capital" is totally worthless deprived of it....?I would really appreciate your comments on the issue stated in the title:
A TOOL? OR A FOUNDATION? THE ROLE OF TECHNOLOGY IN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
and I am looking forward to your follow-ups.
Kindest regards
Piotr Sochocki
