Thanks Prac for your clarifications. I am understanding your ideas much better now. I think managing the fuzzy part of knowledge is quite a challenge. Just recently I read something about the subject published by I.Nonaka who emphasizes the management of tacit knowledge. You might have come accross text of this controversial author?
