I have another question concerning Learning and knowledge in networks...
I studied the four modes of Knowledge conversion from Nonaka:
Can I say, that
-the process of Internalization and Socialization which generates tacit knowledge means individual learning
while
-the process of Externalization and Combination which generates explicit knowledge means organizational learning?
My conclusion would be that due to the four modes of knowledge conversion, knowledge networks and networks of learning are basically the same thing...
What do you think of argumenting that way and do you see any other ways to state the above mentioned point?
I would be grateful for some help!
