I am not pretty sure if my ideas will be too trivial or of some relevance to you.

i have consolated some study and metrics on the social , cultural and human factors besides the technological factors in the success of KM systems.
I have deployes and designes stratagies for homegrown and isolated KM systems for helpdesk and call centeres particularly addresssing issues on the IT knowledge management.
I have just begun to study a enterprise wide system that we have developed to deploy enterprise wide in our org.
am just begining to see an user response and only then could consolidate it to a proper reports.

Will this help you anyway? I shall be happy to share it with you.

Regards
-ganti
