I'm working on Dissertation on KM. I have been in the KM field for several years and recently served as a CKO.
I am working on my dissertation (I have been ABD for some time)and now I want to complete it. I started working on identifying what factors or variables influence the use of KM systems by end users. As an example do end-users tend to favor department or individual developed and deployed KM solutions over Enterprise solutions ?
Any research you are aware of ?, or similar research that may have done in CRM or other solutions.
