Hello,
Greetings from sunny Spain
Can anyone answer this one?
If you take two large IT companies, who both pride themselves on their IC and their ability to manage knowledge, then why would those same two companies decide to merge when all the previous accepted wisdom and knowledge of these transactions is that they are usually very painful, frequently lack real synergy and result in a business that is less than the sum of the two parts?
