Hi Rajesh,
One of the areas my Mumbai based KM consultancy is researching is how Vedic learnings can be applied to modern management.
As organization culture is an important facilitator of KM initiatives, we are looking at commonalities between the holistic approach of KM with the holistic view of Vedanta. (still in the early stages though)
