Dear beloved Brint members! I really do love you guys... you are all so great for reading this and giving me advice... so thanx in advance! :)
I am wondering if anyone can help me out with the topic of knowledge-transfer and the use of IT to aid this, in say the context of a student learning in a school. Specifically, I am looking at knowledge-transfer of the New York Taxi Cab Service. I am looking to offer advice to the NY Taxi Service with regards to how to use IT to improve their standards of "quality of driver".
I have found quite a few articles on the subject of knowledge-transfer, but not many related to this type of schooling scenario. If you know of any, the help would be much appreciated in locating these! Also, any opinions are more than welcome!
Thanks again! Nas
